2023 Gibson, Les Paul standard, has been modified with an ever tune system. This requires routing out a lot of wood from the top, as well as the back of the instrument. It shows signs of heavy play wear. It is physically clean, but tons of picking scratches, polishing swirls throughout, lightnicks and dings. discoloration to the hardware. Two of the knobs are missing the reflective toppers. Frets are in good shape, show minimal wear, or just polished, and the fretboard was conditioned. Lacquer is lifting and chipping by each of the tuners. After the video, the lacquer chipped. By the G string. There are line impressions on the face of the headstock when viewing under black light or in direct lighting situations. Back of the headstock has some mild scratches, mild dings on the back of the neck. Some slightly deeper impressions on the back of the guitar. None that break the finish. The center seam line is very visible on this guitar. There are some fret spout, finish crack marks along some of the frets. The nut appears to have been replaced and is slightly wider than the slot. While the ever tuned system does function, I was unsuccessful tuning it past. I was unsuccessful tuning it past E Flat. There might be a reset feature that needs to be done if you want standard tuning. You will need a 2.5 millimeter truss rod wrench. In order to tune this guitar, the original tuning key is not included, and I do not have one. Fresh strings were just installed. October 14th, 2026. The figure top is amazing in 3D on this guitar. It dances quite heavily in the light.
