Guitars are sold as-is, as-described. If there is not a full video, I will be happy to provide you one or additional photos upon request. I do not accept returns.
All guitars are shipped for free (CONUS Only) – insured via UPS Ground. International and faster services are available for an additional charge. If damage occurs, please let me know within 48 hours. Keep all packaging, take photos of the box, materials and the damaged area(s) of the guitar and I can handle the claim for you. A refund or replacement guitar (where applicable) will be provided once the claim is paid out.
