This is a limited edition (150 made) Les Paul Standard Premium Quilt in Translucent Ebony Burst. It doesn’t really have much of a “burst” but that is what Gibson called it.

This guitar is in fine condition with mild polishing swirls and light player through out. I’d give it a 7-8/10. I wouldn’t call this collector’s grade though due to 3 major things.

1) There is a “case bite” on the front of the guitar. The lid of the case likely kissed the top of the guitar at some point while in the hands of a previous owner. It is essentially a DEEP clear coat ding. The top is so gorgeous it does a good job at hiding it until you hit it in the light

2) There is a ding/blemish in the cutaway

3) A previous owner left a strap on the guitar that reacted to the nitro. It left textured impressions on the back of the body in 2 main areas and another long area on the neck. You can feel these textured impressions but they aren’t too over bearing. I didn’t notice while playing. There is also a small area of yellowed binding likely from the same strap

I just DEEP CLEANED and polished this guitar on Mar 6, 2026 so it looks fantastic but it is not a blemish free guitar.

This ships in a Gibson USA brown exterior case with red interior. There is  a tolex chip on the top and the factory-supplied strap is missing, but the empty felt back is still present.
