Description

This is a unique guitar for the Left-Handed player that doesn’t mind extensive modifications – or for someone who wants to make a further project out of it

What I believe based on my experience:

This was renecked with an authentic mid-70s Gibson Les Paul Custom Neck. No serial number or evidence of usual factory stock tuner holes. Original decal serial is written in the control cavity.

The whole back/sides have been refinished. Not the best work, not the worst. Top finish is original but with touch ups / damages and a seamline separation by the knobs.

The pickups are original mid 70s mini humbuckers. The bridge is original but with replaced saddles. The tailpiece is also correct.

The knobs are era-correct, but not original to this particular guitar

Work that needs done:

Bare minimum – a new nut installed. It is a bit too low which causes buzzes. Once fretted, it actually plays really nicely from what I can tell.

Optional – full restoration of the finish.

It is important you watch the FULL VIDEO detailing this guitar so you know what you’re buying. I also answers questions like neck profile, weight and other measurments.

It is a very nice looking deluxe with a bit of a unique story as far as the mods are concerned.

Instead of the case in the video – I am including a worn-condition Gen-3 chainsaw case with 1.5 functioning latches and a missing outside logo. If you’d rather have the case from the video – let me know at the time of order and I can swap it back.
