This was used lightly to create my review and demo on the model. It will show some signs of play and handling wear because of that. This is a DARK finish so it shows swirls/scratches just like ebony and mild QC issues that you’ll find on most new gibsons. I noticed a few slightly deeper clear coat scratches by the knobs and along the edge, but even they aren’t too deep – just more visible than the rest when viewing in the light.

 

I’d call this a harsh 9/10 – perfect if you want one to play. Skip the wait – Save the sales tax (if you’re outside of Ohio) and $100!
