This Corvette Double Cut is Serial #50! Being #50 of 50 made for the 50th-anniversary model, is definitely a cool bragging right to have!

Made in conjunction with the 50th-anniversary limited edition 2003 Chevrolet Corvette, the Gibson Corvette was specially designed to match the car. The exclusive finish match, side body vent, unique carving, 50th-anniversary emblem and Corvette logo inlaid in the fingerboard are the special matching-features of these. Even the cases were all made to replicate the car’s interior!

If you’re more of a Gibson guy, this double cut is entirely different with its rounded edges and carved top. It is also a unique string through design with tune-o-matic bridge!

This one first surfaced on Reverb 2 years ago by a dealer friend of mine.

I purchased it from his customer recently. Unfortunately, the large paper COA was lost in transit due to the owner not knowing it was stashed in the box. It was thrown out 🙁 At least we do have a photo of the original COA though! The rest of the case candy is still present.

The last 12 photos show the largest blemishes I could find. Overall, the guitar is pretty nice but does have light play and display wear. It was just deep cleaned and is ready for you to set up to your liking! Check out the full video in the last photo that details this guitar and its history.
